2017 has arrived! It has been a full year since we launched our Ripl Pro subscription service with premium features for small business marketers everywhere. This week we reached the 12-month anniversary for some of the first Ripl Pro customers out there. For those of you who have been with us throughout 2016, we want to open the new year by saying Thank You!
From the very start, it has been your ambition and drive as small business owners and managers that has inspired us. Every day we marvel at the creativity which you display in using our app and Pro service. Our Content Design team builds new interactive video designs for Ripl with direct feedback daily from you. Our Engineering team reads every Feedback email which you send to us – and we prioritize bug fixes and service improvements based on what will help you succeed faster with your social media marketing efforts. Our CEO, Paul Ingalls, reminds us often that small businesses are the lifeblood of entrepreneurialism and innovation around the world. You – our Ripl customers – provide thousands of reasons each day for us to keep improving the Ripl product and service.
We thought it would be exciting to start 2017 with a look back at all that we have accomplished together. We never could have anticipated that Ripl would grow as quickly as it has over the past year. Now that it has, all of us here at Ripl feel a sense of excitement and responsibility to keep up the momentum.

Ripl Product and Service Improvements for You in 2016:
Added 5 new high-value features to the Ripl Pro Subscription service, including: Scheduled Post Sending; Premium Music Tracks; Premium Font Library and Designs Catalog; and Logo Customization
Built and launched the Ripl Android App (still in beta – look for official ‘Gold’ release very soon)
Enhanced international language support, including right-to-left languages enablement for numerous fonts
7-Days-a-Week Customer Support; launched a growing Knowledge Base + tutorial videos catalog. Created and launched more than 100 new animated Designs, with many available for free to all Ripl users for a limited time
None of this would have been possible without you – more than 800,000 individuals and businesses who decided to give the Ripl app a try. Again, thank you for showing us and the world what the combination of a simple mobile marketing tool and boundless creativity can do.
As we look forward to more Ripl product and Pro subscription service innovations in 2017, we remain focused on what you need to drive your promotional and customer communications success this year. In the weeks ahead, we’re working on bringing our Android Ripl app up to feature and functionality parity with our iOS app (we’re almost there). To the many thousands of you who have already given the beta Android app a try – and shared your feedback and recommendations for improvements – we offer our special thanks.
